I wasn’t sure what to expect ordering flatware from a brand I hadn’t heard of, but I’m honestly impressed.
First of all – the design. It’s simple but elegant. Not too fancy, not too plain. It looks great with our everyday dishes, but nice enough to use when we have guests over for Thanksgiving.
The feel is what really surprised me. These forks and spoons have a nice weight to them – not too heavy, not flimsy at all. They feel solid in your hand. My husband even commented that they feel “expensive.”
And can we talk about the knife for a second? Wow. It’s actually sharp. Like, really sharp. It cut through a medium-rare steak like butter, and I didn’t have to saw back and forth. I’ve used Wayfair and Amazon sets before where the “serrated” knife couldn’t cut a tomato – this is NOT that. Just be careful hand-washing it (I cut my finger a little – totally my fault).
The 316 stainless steel seems legit. They’ve been through the dishwasher three times already and still look brand new. No water spots, no rust.
Overall, I’m buying a second set for our lake house. Worth every penny.
