Okay, so I saw this little egg steamer bowl all over my FYP on TikTok and finally caved. Best impulse buy ever.
First of all, the lid has a steam vent hole. Such a small thing but it makes a huge difference – no pressure build-up, eggs come out perfectly smooth on top, no weird explosions. Total game changer.
And can we talk about cleaning? It’s 304 stainless steel, so nothing sticks. I literally just rinsed it under warm water with a drop of soap, and it looked brand new. No scrubbing, no soaking, no egg residue left behind. My old ceramic bowls were a nightmare compared to this.
The size is perfect for one or two eggs. My kids love the little round steamed eggs I’ve been making – they call them “egg clouds.”
Honestly if you’re tired of egg sticking to your bowls or messing with plastic wrap (seriously, who has time for that?), just get this. TikTok wasn’t wrong for once.
