30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The item is unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • The item is in its original packaging
  • You have a receipt or proof of purchase from Sonwho.com

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software or digital products
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance”

Our support team will provide you with the return shipping address and instructions. Please do not send your item back without contacting us first.

Return Shipping Costs

For change of mind returns: You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. The original shipping costs are non-refundable.

For damaged or defective items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please provide photos or a video within 7 days of delivery. We will cover the return shipping costs and send a replacement or issue a full refund after inspection.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days. The credit will be applied to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or credit card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within 10 business days after approval:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card company (refunds may take time to post)
  3. Contact your bank (processing times vary)

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, send us an email at [sonwho@outlook.com].

European Union Cooling-Off Period

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must be returned within 14 days of notifying us of the cancellation.
